HTML Version/Format
The HTML version is a web page and is viewable without any additional plug-ins or other programs.
It is not the best for printing though, use PDF for
that.

PDF Version/Format
PDF is a great printing and viewing format. This format uses the very common, universal Adobe Acrobat Reader™ program which you can get here if you don't have it. Not sure you have it? Try one of the PDF links above and see. If you already have it, the document will open up in Acrobat automatically.
